Like at the freeski finals two weeks before, the snowboard finals began with the announcement of the last task. The announcement of the final mission „2 in 1“ was the beginning of an unique and funny weekend.

On the morning of the first day the Rally participants took the cable car up to the Kitzsteinhorn. First of all they all got to know the resort. After one or two runs the group split up and the three individual crews searched for an ideal spot. Every crew was accompanied by a pro team consisting of Chris Kröll, Michi Stanschitz and Aline Bock. They were charged to support the crews with all their experiences.

Because of the bad weather on Saturday the time frame was prolonged to include Sunday morning. After three days of hard work the final mission was accomplished. The best shots had to be handed over to the judges. It was a tough job, but the judges had to arrive at a decision. After some time the winner crew had been selected. By the way, the winners will join the Völkl team on their surf trip to France.

Team Austria won out over the other crews with a sensational night shot. They implemented the mission in the best way and therefore are the deserving winners. The Swiss team got second with an uniquely inventive obstacle. Last but not least the team from Slovenia achieved the third place.

On saturday evening the Rally participants stormed the Kaprun nightlife. What they experienced there is a different story. But we let you know one thing. The boys and girls had a very gay night out including a special surprise.

The ultimate target of the Rally was also achieved once more. Many new friendships were built, everybody collected lots of new experiences, we saw big action going on and everybody had tons of fun!

The Rally finals were rounded off with a relaxed public bag jump session.
